Fred Realtors was founded in 2013 by Fredrick Adeyemi after he spent 6 years watching clients lose money in Lagos property transactions because agents prioritised their commission over their client's interests.
The business was built on one principle: you only succeed in this market if your clients succeed. That means giving honest pricing advice even when it costs a listing, verifying every document before recommending a purchase, and staying available after the deal closes.
Today, over 60% of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients. That is the number we are most proud of.

Fredrick Adeyemi
Founder and Managing Director
Fredrick has 18 years of experience in Lagos real estate across residential, commercial and off-plan sales. He founded Fred Realtors in 2013 after leading sales teams at two of Lagos's largest property firms.
Ngozi Eze
Head of Residential Sales
Ngozi specialises in high-end residential properties across Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island. She has closed over 200 residential transactions and is known for her direct, no-nonsense approach to negotiation.
Balogun Taiwo
Head of Property Management
Taiwo oversees property management for over 80 landlords across Lagos. He handles tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination and lease renewals for residential and commercial properties.

Before listing any property, we verify the title documents with the Lagos State Land Registry. We do not list properties with unresolved title issues. We can also connect you with a solicitor for an independent title search before you pay.
We primarily operate in Lekki Phase 1 and 2, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Banana Island, Ajah and Eko Atlantic City. We also handle commercial properties in Apapa and the Mainland on request.
Our standard buyer's agency fee is 5% of the property purchase price plus VAT. This covers full transaction management from inspection to key handover. The fee is paid at the point of signing the offer letter.
Yes. We manage residential and commercial properties on behalf of landlords. Our management fee is 10% of annual rent. We handle tenant sourcing, lease agreements, rent collection and maintenance.
We work with licensed mortgage advisors and bank relationship managers who can advise on home loan products. Speak to your assigned agent and they will make the right introduction for your budget and property type.
From accepting an offer to completion, most transactions in Lagos take 4 to 10 weeks. Delays usually come from title verification, legal due diligence or slow document processing. We push to keep things moving.
