Maintenance Coordination
When something needs fixing, we coordinate with vetted tradespeople, get quotes where required, oversee the work and keep you informed. Minor repairs are authorised up to a pre-agreed limit without needing your approval each time.
Lease Management
We prepare tenancy agreements, handle renewals, manage lease extensions and coordinate departures including move-out inspections and deposit reconciliation.
Regular Reporting
You receive a monthly statement showing rent collected, any expenses incurred and your net income for the period. Annual summaries are provided for your records.
Compliance and Documentation
We keep records of all transactions, correspondence and property documentation in one place. We advise on landlord obligations under Lagos State tenancy law and flag anything that needs your attention.
